Terms

These terms apply to orders placed on the CuratAzi website. The provider is SerenaHome, registered office Str. Exemplu 12, Brașov, e-mail a@example.com, phone +40700000001. Full tax details (CUI, trade-register number) appear on the invoice.

The order

You place the order on the site. The price shown before confirmation is the final price, including applicable taxes. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by e-mail or SMS.

Price and payment

You pay after the visit, online or in cash. Extras added on the spot are charged only with your agreement.

Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 12 hours before the visit. Later cancellations carry a 50 lei fee, as on the Cancellation page.

Complaints

If something is not right, write to us within 24 hours of the visit, at a@example.com, with photos. We come back for free for the areas you report.

Liability

We are liable under the law for damage caused by our team. Please tell us in advance about fragile or valuable items and set them aside if you can.

Right of withdrawal

You may cancel at no cost until the free-cancellation deadline (12 hours). If you ask for a visit inside that window, you expressly ask us to start the service before the 14-day period in GEO 34/2014 expires.

Disputes

We first try to settle things directly. If we cannot agree, you can use ANPC’s ADR (SAL) procedure or the competent courts in Romania.
